Andrew Herberts

Andrew graduated from Newcastle University and took his economics degree to the Army where he served six years as an infantry officer. On leaving the services, he moved into Fund Management in 1999 and has been managing investment portfolios for a range of institutional and private clients ever since. Andrew is part of Anderson Strathern Asset Management’s investment team and works with his colleagues to deliver investment portfolios to clients.  He is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals.

Andrew also chairs the Officers’ Association Scotland, which is a Scottish veterans’ charity, is a trustee of the King’s Own Scottish Borderers Regimental Association and chairs its museum committee.  He spends most of his time enjoying the beautiful Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway.
